Yappy is a rapper from Taiwan under the hip-hop label M.V.M (Multiverse Music).
Known for fusing UK Drill with elements of Hakka culture, he has crafted a distinctive sound that stands out in the Mandarin hip-hop scene. His deep, resonant voice and seamless switching between Mandarin and Hakka bring a striking sense of sonic tension and cultural depth to his music.

Yappy’s work spans a wide range of styles, with notable tracks such as “賽鴿,” “Part Time Lover,” “醬紫,” and “感覺很欻,” showcasing his versatility and creativity. In 2023, he was invited to perform at the 34th Golden Melody Awards, demonstrating his strong stage presence and captivating live energy. In 2024, he collaborated with labelmates on the track “有緣作伙,” built around an infectious chorus that pays tribute to singer Lee Bing-hui’s classic lyrics; the release sparked a nationwide wave of remixes by rappers across Taiwan. In 2025, he teamed up once again with his label members to release “Do It” and “恨帥潮” further highlighting their strong creative chemistry and high-level production, earning widespread acclaim.
