TOOBOE

TOOBOE is a solo project led by music creator john, encompassing a wide range of creative activities including songwriting, composition, arrangement, vocals, illustration, and video production. Known for his distinctive voice and irresistibly catchy songs, TOOBOE is a multi-disciplinary artist who moves fluidly between the online music scene and mainstream J-Pop, expressing his creativity across both worlds.

In April 2022, TOOBOE made his major debut with the first single “Shinzō (Heart)”. The song “Jōzai (Tablet)”, released in November 2022, was selected as the ending theme for Episode 4 of the TV anime “Chainsaw Man.”

In June 2024, the music video for “Itai no Itai no Tondeike” gained worldwide attention, surpassing the already massive popularity of “Shinzō” and “Jōzai,” both of which had exceeded 20 million views. The new MV quickly became his fastest video to reach 20 million views on YouTube.

In the summer of 2025, TOOBOE released “Anata wa Kaibutsu (You Are a Monster)”, which was featured as the ending theme for the TV anime “The Summer Hikaru Died.”
