Flowstrong

Flowstrong is a multidisciplinary artist working across beatmaking, rap, and DJing. Known for his bold sound design and intricate rhythmic arrangements, his music blends sharp, articulate rap delivery with experimental sonic textures, forming a distinctive musical language.

Ｈis debut beat tape Study (of) Breaks, which earned a nomination for Best New Artist at the 19th Golden Indie Music Awards and was selected as one of Blow Music’s “Top 30 Taiwanese Albums of the Year.”

Flowstrong has also contributed to numerous projects across Taiwan’s hip-hop and alternative music scenes, including Hogan T.’s Loose Faucet, someshiit’s A FOOL, That’s My Shhh’s annual cypher “YKWTD,” I’m Difficult’s Remixes by Flowstrong, and Hsien Ching’s If We Can Be Happy Happy Every Day, Who Wants to Be Sad:＊ – The Secret of Collaboration. Among these works, the track “Vacuum B (Vitamin)”, which he arranged, won Best Hip-Hop Song at the 20th Golden Indie Music Awards.

His recent producer album Flow’s Banquet draws inspiration from the imagery of cooking and hosting a communal feast. On the record, Flowstrong takes charge of arrangement, rap performance, recording, and mixing, while inviting collaborators including Andr, Dac, Hogan T., and dotzio to contribute guest vocals.
