□ Shipping schedule
Orders will be shipped sequentially between March 9 and March 20, 2026.
Due to logistics and delivery variations, arrival before the event is not guaranteed. Please place your order only if you accept this condition.

□ On site pickup information
Once On site Pickup is selected, the shipping method cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Pickup dates are March 21 and March 22, 2026 during the Megaport Festival.
The exact pickup location and time slots will be announced prior to the event.
Please complete pickup within the announced booth operating hours.

□ Unclaimed on site orders
If items are not collected during the event period, a handling fee of NT.300 including storage, repackaging, and shipping will be charged after the event. Once payment is completed, the items will be delivered via home delivery.

□ Identity verification and personal data
For on site pickup, a valid ID such as National Health Insurance Card, National ID Card, or passport must be presented, along with verification of the contact phone number provided in the order.
IDs are used solely for identity verification on site and will not be copied, photographed, or retained.

□ Additional notes
Please ensure all order information including name, phone number, and shipping method is accurate. Any delivery or pickup issues caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, including any additional costs incurred.
The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation regarding ordering, shipping, and event related regulations.
